Moist, Fiber-Rich Banana Bread

Not sure what to do with those super ripe bananas that you have in your fruit basket?

Here’s an idea- make some delicious banana bread! This recipe is super simple and in the end you will have a delicious, moist and fiber-rich banana bread.

This banana bread makes for an excellent snack when paired with some protein- think spreading nut butter on a warm slice of bread 😋 (a great postpartum snack or pregnancy snack too!). *Bonus- my kids love this bread*

-Freeze peeled bananas when they are super ripe. Then you’ll always have them on hand for smoothies or when your craving some banana bread 😀

-The chia seeds and walnuts increase the fiber content of this bread and provide antioxidants and heart healthy omega-3s.
