Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin!

This smoothie recipe is a great option for breakfast or even a mid-day pick-me-up. If you’d like to add more protein, you can use 1-2 scoops of your favorite vanilla or unflavored protein powder. This can provide the balance you need to make it a meal!


GLO Tip: In addition to adding protein powder, you can also add in 1 Tbsp flax seed, hemp seed or chia seeds for added protein, fiber, iron, calcium, and other nutrients to really kick up the nutrition factor!
